- BPBucheli Painting3 days ago1.0I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here, their system is set up to be very misleading, and to screw yourself and the insurance out of money. They have you pay for two separate eye exams if you want to get contacts. I have never been to a place that does that. They also never mentioned that before I went back in there. I just assumed that I would be paying for one eye exam because that’s how most places work. They were nice in general, but like I said, everything was very misleading and their systems really screw you.

The frame selection was just the right size, and on point with what I expected. I found 3 pairs right away that I liked, but was not overwhelmed by choices, as I have been in other stores. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision and their store on Garfield in Clinton Twp. MI.
- NRNina RinaldiAug 2, 20251.0I made an appointment for my son because he was having issues with red eyes and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything other than allergies. I arrived 30 mins before our appointment because we were new and I imagined I had to sign some papers . The receptionist is new and the employee was running around saying how she was the only one doing everything there. She said it multiple times in a very condescending and rude attitude. Her name was mary . She continued to take care of walk in customers . We have been waiting an hr and turn to receptionist and ask if it will be much longer .mary rudely answered that she would be right with us . I should of left right then but I really wanted my son to get his eyes checked . The doctor finally calls us in and she was very nice . She explains that it’s just Allergies but he does need reading glasses. And mary would help . I tell her to quote me on a frame that my son picked out but my husband gets his glasses from a place in Sterling Heights and I wanted to check there as well . She quoted me but with attitude and I turn to my son and tell him that I was going to call dad’s place to make an appointment which she rudely interrupted me to say that I don’t need a n appointment for just glasses. I was going to tell her to stop interrupting my conversation with my son but I just left. My son got to the car and said she was sooo mean and rude . I used it as a learning experience and how not to act . I will not be back . Mary was extremely rude and disrespectful.
