- SJstephanie johnson2 days ago1.0I have had to rely on glasses and contacts from a very young age so this process is not foreign or new. This was honestly the worst visit to the eye doctor I have ever experienced. While the actual doctor was pleasant and straightforward, the remainder of staff were unwelcoming and appeared to hate their job. They were unable to find my partners account and insurance information while making rude comments to each other and continuing their frosty demeanor. They were also unable to determine what my insurance covered. Their inability to access your systems, contact the appropriate parties, and provide minimally adequate customer service resulted in us leaving without contacts or glasses ordered. I will now be purchasing the items we need from another establishment and we will not be returning after years of dedicated loyalty. I can understand system and insurance issues but the lack of care, empathy, and regard for our time is truly disappointing. A weak half apology was barely offered once the decision was made to no longer continue wasting my time there. For a highly regarded brand, you need to do better.

I was looking around and kept being told that my prescription wouldn't fit in any of the classes and was feeling pressured to get a pair of glasses. I absolutely hated but was told it was one of the few that would work for me. Finally, I found some that were moderately okay and asked if they would just try to put my lenses in. Turns out would work but the display model would not match the ones I got because they would not have the same color lenses. The glasses were expensive and I'm kind of regretting my choice. I kind of wish I went to a different place but I was feeling pressured to get them. Additionally, I did not want a warranty protection but I wasn't even asked about it and it was added on for an extra charge.
