- AMAnita M.Oct 24, 20251.0This place is unorganized and unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend!!! I booked a 2 person foot massage. They called me and asked me to be there earlier by 10 mins. I had no problem doing so. Upon arriving, I was there before the staff! Why would you ask your clients to come early, if the staff shows up at the same time. Also, I request my husband to have a female masseuse and I have a male! They did the opposite! They didn’t even put us in the same room, which they said we would be able to accommodate! It was the worst foot massage for the both of us. No pressure, rubbed our legs and NOT our feet! When it was suppose to be a foot massage, No oil, my husband same the gentlemen rubbed his legs more then anything, we didnt feel relaxed when we left!!!!! I brought it up to the front desk when leaving and they did not care. Alice tried to down play it and make it our fault! They have a lot of miscommunication between staff and poor management! stay clear from this place! Take your money elsewhere where! You won’t be satisfied here!

However, the owner was dismissive and curt, stating "I don't have time now" and turning her back on us. This behavior was incredibly rude, especially considering there were children present. It was the rudest treatment I have ever witnessed.
