  Have been a patient for over 30 years and sent my 12 year old in for her second visit. She didn't get Dr Wilkinson because he was so far booked out and she is having issues seeing the blackboard at school, so her appt was with Dr St Louis. Yes my daughter is very trepidatious about things going in her eye so when it came that time for the drops she started to cry. Instead of talking her down from the ledge, like the nice lady did before, they told her to come back when she was ready. Literally told my husband to bring her back in the next day. Then when I called the next day to see what we could do, told me that my husband and daughter signed off and it is what it is. Rudest customer service experience ever! So disappointed in people. Never have I ever! After sending my frustration, a long time employee of Dr. Wilkinson contacted me and took her time with explaining more regarding my daughters appt. That it was ok about missing the refraction and we can do that at a later date and pretty much saved the nasty experience from continuing. I have found new respect!

  Had my yearly exam this past week. Everyone was great. I've gone to Dr Wilkinson for years. I trust him.

  Dr Dustman is most likely the best I have seen. Takes great care to be as exacting as possible in her practice. Save your money. Don't go anywhere else. Absolutely best in the business.

  They were completely overbooked and my service suffered because of it. I have to follow up with the same office because Wilkinson didn't remove the chalazion, and am dreading having to go back there. Go buy tools and slice yourself open, you'll be better off.
