Charity puts you at ease and thoroughly explains the testing process. She is very knowledgeable and has a personality that is both warm and welcoming as well as professional. Upon finding we both needed aids, she did not pressure us in any way. She explained the options that worked within our budget and payment options. At no time did we feel pressured. We chose the sharp 2. No longer do we feel the need to raise our voices in our home to be heard by each other. We both are very happy with our choices, the care we received, the welcoming atmosphere.
