    My Mom and I were tested for and fitted with hearing aides by Charity. I cannot remember when someone took the time to ensure our needs were met. Charity puts you at ease and thoroughly explains the testing process. She is very knowledgeable and has a personality that is both warm and welcoming as well as professional. Upon finding we both needed aids, she did not pressure us in any way. She explained the options that worked within our budget and payment options. At no time did we feel pressured. We chose the sharp 2. No longer do we feel the need to raise our voices in our home to be heard by each other. We both are very happy with our choices, the care we received, the welcoming atmosphere.     I was pleasantly surprised that I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy hearing aids. The technician Charity Arnott was very professional and also friendly, she spoke clearly and explained the process making me feel relaxed. I had always avoided businesses that strictly sold one thing, like hearing aids, because I worried they would pressure me to buy without needing to use them. Not a problem at Miracle ear at all. Thanks for helping me hear clearly again.

    Miracle-Ear is an absolute gem, and the experience is made even better by the incredible staff. Stacey at the front desk is amazing, she’s so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly makes every visit feel comfortable and easy. Charity is just as wonderful. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your hearing health. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants the best for each and every person who walks through the door. The whole team creates a warm, friendly environment where you feel heard, supported, and cared for. I can’t recommend Miracle-Ear enough. They go above and beyond!
