  I was in awe at how rude the pharmacy technician s were. First I came in last Friday to grab all my blood pressure meds and only one was ready and I'd have to wait an hour, which I couldn't. Today I had three teeth pulled. They prescribed me ibuprofen and antibiotics. I figure I'll send them to Kroger and pick up all my meds. I get there ,my face is swollen ,I can barely talk, my mouth is bleeding and just killing me. First they tell me they haven't gotten the dental prescription s so I'm like but my other meds are ready right. This lady barks at me " we're behind five days!" This just is the straw right? I'm like don't get shitty with me I just had three teeth pulled and I'm being polite. I just ended up telling them I'll send my dental scripts somewhere else and have that pharmacy call to request the rest. Never again

  Several times they did not have scripts ready when promised. Even after waiting way beyond the promised time. Sometimes a couple hours after and still not ready. No excuses for this. They should have their system of timing understood.

  I have been using this pharmacy for 7 years now and have loved every experience. They have worked with me through tri-care, HMO insurances and everything in between. Some of the long time staff knows me and my family now and asks how the kids are doing and is always kind and caring. I have never had an issue with timeliness, professionalism or getting the prescription that I need. I treat them with respect and kindness and they happily return the favor!

  This pharmacy is garbage. This is only my second time coming here and I’ll never come here again. I dropped my prescription off at 3 and the pharmacist said it’ll be done in an hour so I get back at 4:10 or so and they tell me “we didn’t fill it because we need authorization from your doctor” I was like why do you need authorization when I told you I was paying cash? So they were like oh well you’re going to have another hour wait. So I had to wait 2 hours for my prescription with my two toddlers in a hot car with no AC. WHAT A NIGHTMARE
