Love this pharmacy. In fact, I tend to do a lot of my shopping at another Kroger location, but I really like this pharmacy. Staff is always friendly. Many of them recognize me, which I appreciate. Will continue to use them now and on the future.

Reviews matter. Years ago, I used this pharmacy and found them to be rude, so I never went back. Our closest CVS and Rite Aid went out of business, and since then, my usual pharmacy has gone straight downhill. Kroger pharmacy was the first place I looked as it is only five minutes away, but based on the recent reviews, I can see that not much has changed. With so many other pharmacies closing, you would think that Kroger would want to up their pharmacy game, But that’s clearly not the case with this store. I guess I’ll check back in another few years.

Switched back to Sashabaw- the customer service HORRIBLE and it’s a bummer because this is my main Kroger I use. I can not handle how rude they are. One time, is one thing, everyone has bad or off days; every time I’ve encountered Charles, he’s made it miserable. I see the other reviews are in the same order of customer service. I’m definitely surprised as I LOVE the staff in the store.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Hands down. Moved to the area a year ago. This is the closest pharmacy around so we switched. And we regret it every month. I’ve had at least four times this year when they’ve TOLD us a prescription was ready for pickup (and texted thru their system), and I’ve shown up only to find it wouldn’t be ready for hours if not DAYS. Wait times are way longer than at Meijer or Walgreens. They sometimes randomly close early without notice, and their staff is consistently condescending and rude. My 80-year-old mom—who has the patience of a saint—hates going here, because they don’t listen to her, and treat her like she’s stupid. Plus, on average, it takes them over a week to get her monthly meds in, every single time. No other local pharmacy takes that long. “Dixie Kroger Pharmacy” is literally a joke in our household now. While they are only five minutes away, we have decided that after a year of dealing with them, we are switching back to Meijer even though they’re 20 min away. So if you live in the area, and you HAVE a choice, choose someplace different.
