Bad customer service. Got mad at me for being drive thru when at 4:52 on a Sunday. After being at the ER for 3 hours. Thanks Elisabeth I hope you have a great Sunday.

One girl tech in particular is extremely rude. Especially when asked questions and then she doesnt explain accordingly so it is frustrating! When I said "with the way I am being treated I should go to a different pharmacy" She said "go ahead". Pharmacists are both nice and helpful though. This place has really gone down hill, unfortunately.

If I could not give a star I would by pass it. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Went there to pick my medications up and the woman at the drive through was completely rude and ignorant. All she would keep saying is I believe you but I can’t do anything for you, wouldn’t try to bill my insurance. I’ll be going back to cvs. At least they have humanity and kindness.

Went in for a shot today and the pharmacy staff was kind and attentive. The pharmacist was thorough and handled everything smoothly!

Beware of the Tall Guy with Dark Hair working here. He doesn’t ask you for your Kroger ID card or number. And when you question it after the transaction goes through to have the points added to your account, he gives huge attitude and rolls his eyes at you. Like you are the problem and not him. I just went through drive thru and he acted like I was disrupting him from something else. Like he was even annoyed he had to help me from the get go. Thankfully after having to argue with him about what I was asking for, and him continuing to roll his eyes, shake his head and getting frustrated, he did get the points added. If he had asked from the beginning or kept the phone to his ear he would have heard me asking him prior to completing the transaction to add my number. They just pick the phone up to get your DOB, Name and confirm the price with you and that’s it. Don’t ever let anyone have a chance to provide their number. And not every time does anyone have the opportunity to go inside. Which is why the drive thru is there to assist patients faster. But nope the employees just get annoyed with you instead.
