  I went in for my yearly, routine eye exam that is supposed to be covered by my vision insurance, but because the doctor diagnosed “chronic dry eye”, they were “legally required” to submit the claim to medical insurance, instead of through my vision insurance, so virtually nothing was covered. What should have been a $0 out of pocket exam turned into a nearly $200 bill, regardless of the initial reason for the visit. No adjustments by their billing department. I will not be giving them my business again. Hope this helps everyone!

  Our family has been going here for years. My kids are always finding a new way to break their glasses and the staff has always been nothing but helpful and kind. Most of the time taking 3 kids to appointments is a lot as is and they always make the appointments feel much easier. They have a good selection of glasses and I have never had to wait long to be seen for appointments. 10/10 recommend this place for all ages.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Allison and the team at Allison Eyecare. Dr. Allison is truly one of a kind — she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are cared for with the utmost attention and compassion. After a recent eye issue, she’s been on me like a hawk to make sure my eye makes the fullest recovery, and I can honestly say I feel completely safe in her hands. What makes this office so special is that it’s a family-owned business, where Dr. Allison works alongside her husband and an incredible staff. They are always just a phone call away, ready to answer questions, calm concerns, and make sure you’re seeing the world through the best lens possible. I’ve been coming here since I was 10 years old, when I first started wearing glasses, and for the past 16 years Dr. Allison has taken the absolute best care of my eyes. It’s rare to find a doctor who treats you like family, but that’s exactly what you get here.
