  I recently experienced an issue with a tooth and was getting a crown at my general dentist, however after the temporary crown was put on, the pain kept getting worse every day. I then find out I need a possible root canal, and at that point I wanted to see what other options were out there. Thankfully I have some friends that have had implants at this specialty office and they were thrilled with the results. I called and they scheduled me immediately for a scan; thus discovering an additional break at the bottom of my tooth. Within the hour they removed the tooth and started the simple process of an implant. Finally the severe pain was gone. The staff was extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Ng, you made a painful situation, painless and stress free.

  The staff is in dire need of training on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and on HIPAA regulations. I was, initially, denied access to my medical records.. I was told that while it was not office protocol to deny access to a patient's records, Dr NG had instructed the staff not to give them, specifically, to me. After sending an email expressing my concern, the following week, I received an email with "only" an attachment of the records.

  Dr. Veronica Ng is the absolute bomb!! She took incredible care of my oldest son and transformed a great smile into an incredible smile. He could not be happier. Her thoroughness and attention to detail answering all the questions we had was impressive to say the least. 5 stars to her and her awesome staff!!
