For example, allowing guests to sit on the only machine in the building for 25 minutes while carrying on a phone conversation is unacceptable! This is not a serious gym for a serious people.

Let me begin by writing this: They don't reply back to you when you say bye to them once you are leaving the gym. Also, when they scan your card, they don't even say enjoy your workout. Also, staff members need to start working more instead of chatting behind the desk area. I see them while I work out and it is pathetic. Very unprofessional. Need to gather all staff members and have a major meeting followed by more training. This is not a playground to hang out and socialize behind the desk. If you don't like your job, then, leave. Lastly, this fitness area needs more cleaning, more paper towels (some are empty most of the time)and more soap in the bathrooms.
