Appointments are kept on schedule by a staff that runs the operation with military precision which may intimidate the super seniors that have been in a casual and relaxed environment. I’m 75, 15 years out of “The Machine” (work), I found the style “just right”. Get in, give me what I need and I’ll call if I need help. I don’t need “touchy feely”. It seems like a substitute for something more important. My single recommendation, which is not critical to over all quality of product is that customers are not greeted immediately upon entering the store. That’s ok at Walmart (it’s not, but I don’t have the time to go in to that here) but hearing aids are a significant investment and the customers should be treated with the same level of quality as all the other tasks. I would buy there again and recommend.
