  I had a failed root canal (failed as in my Dentist Office couldn't get the nerve numbed, after they thought it was dead). I LOVE my Dentist, but I have to say I ADORE Dr. Zuroff! I have dental anxiety as is, and then to have to follow up after a failed try at my dentist office - to say I was nervous is an understatement. The entire staff at this office was wonderful! Everyone was nice, and calming, and welcoming. Dr. Zuroff was the absolute BEST! Even the shots to get me numb (which were only 2/after it took 8 at my dentist office) didn't really even "hurt". Just a little uncomfortable for a quick second. He had the root canal done before the chair was even warm! I put ear buds in and listen to an Audio Book to help me focus on it and not on the procedure. Well, I didn't even get 1 page in before he was DONE! Seriously - quick/and dare I say painless! Even the "after" care! He gave me Motrin 600, I took 1 in the office. I haven't had to take one since - my mouth isn't even sore at all! I literally asked him if he can do ALL my dental work! Great sense of humor and amazing chair side manner! I would recommend this office to ANYONE, especially anyone with dental anxiety or "tricky" procedures.

  I had a great experience here with my root canal. The doctor ensured me it would be painless which it was. He did a great job checking on me frequently and relieving my anxiety. Would highly recommend!

  I had a great experience in the Canton office. Even though I have bad anxiety, they were compassionate and understanding of my situation. I would give 5 stars except.......I tried to make another appointment a couple weeks later, and was stopped because of the young lady who was handling the billing part of the procedure. Very discouraging and demeaning. As it turned out, after many phone calls back and forth to her and my insurance company, she was absolutely incorrect in her calculations. That alone, because of how she handled the phone calls with me, I'm giving HER a 2 star rating, bringing the total down to 3 stars. Cancelled my appointment for now.

  I recently had my first root canal performed by Dr. Gianni DeCarolis, the entire process was very painless...no pun intended, the entire staff was very friendly and Dr. DeCarolis was more than willing to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. Two thumbs up!
