  My appointment was 1/29/26. I place an order for new frames. I’m currently still waiting on the new frames. No one has contacted me with an update. I’ve called three different times for an update.. The first time I called I spoke with Pam who said that it takes about 3 weeks for the glasses to come in. The second call I was told that there was no update. Today I call for an update to be told that the lens were on back order and something else. It would be another 2 weeks before I will have the glasses. Waiting 2 months for glasses is ridiculous to say the least. I will not be returning to this location after I receive my glasses. There was already an issue with this location because they were calling my daughter for my appointments when her number isn’t listed on my paperwork at all. She also gets glasses from them.

  My experience was great. Not exceptional just great. I say that because I didn’t like the fact that as soon as you walk in the door, they are trying to sell you things that you don’t really need. I only wanted what my insurance covered. That’s it. No upgrades however, when I asked about the frames that my insurance covered, I was told I could buy some readers from Walmart only to later discover that they did have frames covered by my insurance. This made me not trust the staff. Once I sat down with the person who discussed what I needed after my exam, miraculously, frames appeared that my insurance covered. This upset me because it’s amazing how all of a sudden, these frames appeared! Also, I’ve never had an eye exam before and the lady who gave initial exam was rude and had a smart mouth in which I had to advocate for myself. There’s this puff that they blow into your eyes. When she told me that it would be a puff of air, I didn’t understand what she meant so when it hit my eye, it was startling. I jumped back and said oh wow. She replies, did you not hear me when I said there would be a puff of air? I replied, I’ve never had an eye exam before ma’am so, your statement was heard however, I didn’t understand what you meant. That’s when she started trying to explain everything that she was doing. How about ask the customer first if they have ever had an exam before? Don’t make assumptions and don’t be rude. It gives me pause to return however, I do like the Dr so, that’s the location’s only saving grace.

  The staff is friendly. I do recommend this location for an eye exam. I would give them a 5 but the selection of glasses for me was limited..

  Amazing experience with Dr and a lady named Pam assisted me and helped me find the right glasses for myself 😊 she made things easier
