Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods

Trillium Woods, the only facility of its kind in the Greater Grand Rapids area, is dedicated solely to serving the needs of hospice patients and their families. It offers 20 private rooms with around-the-clock care to address short-term needs so patients can return home more comfortably. A more longer-term stay for ongoing treatment and care, and respite stays to relieve caregivers. Trillium Woods is fully staffed with specialized physicians, nurses, aides, chaplains, and social workers—each specially trained and experienced in hospice care. As a hospice-only facility, our sole focus and expertise is in the care, comfort, and support of hospice patients and their families.
