  Wow! I give this star to the woman who walked me back, took my information and then tried to comfort me after such an inconsiderate doctor encounter. I initially went here because it had better reviews than the other area clinics. I went here on April 6th with an infection that I had been battling over a week. The doctor told me he would not give me anything and that I should just battle it out the next week or two. Okay fine. I get doctors do things for certain reasons. That wasn't the issue. The issue was that he was belittling to me like I was an insignificant human being wasting his time when I was struggling to breathe. Amongst other comments, he did not ask, but assumed I had taken Flonase for several days and when I told him that I had not, he responded, "Well now you know not to take it for 3 days, tell your friends." You go to a doctor when you are sick and most vulnerable, how is that being professional or even compassionate to another person who is struggling to get better in the first place? I was told that this was a visiting doctor, but I can't excuse this experience knowing other people in actual need might go here and not be treated with any respect. Very horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend using this clinic.

  I always have such an amazing experience here. Andrea R is WONDERFUL!!!! It was suggested I gi to the hospital and she helped me even though I'm terrified of hospitals. I always get Andrea R when I'm there and I'm so grateful!!! She is the sweetest most caring and comforting person I've ever met in ANY Dr office!!!! Also Jordan!!!! big beautiful eyes and long dark hair, ....She has also been so helpful and I always feel so welcome with her. She is quick to answer any questions I have and she is also very personable. When I come to burton urgent care I feel welcome and cared for. Great place to go!!!! Andrea and Jordan are the ONLY reason I come back over and over and send everyone i know there!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!

  Short wait time. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Quick resolution of the issue. Very satisfied.

  Receptionist could not be more unwelcome, lady that walked me back was ok, and the doctor made fun of my stutter then gave me somthing that would not get rid of my viral infection. Not going back.

  Came in yesterday with a horrible sinus infections, which in turn gave me the worst migraine of my life. I don’t even want to know how I looked in that waiting room. The speed was efficient. They put me on a round of antibiotics and also gave me a shot to relieve the migraine. 24 hours later I am not perfect, but feel ten times better. Everyone was so nice and patient with me. I definitely wasn’t their favorite patient yesterday, but you wouldn’t have been able to see that. I everyone was just absolutely amazing. After my experiences at the Davison Urgent Care, I know now it’s worth the trip to Burton. Thank you guys ❤️
