  Pharmacy never answers the phone. They say medicine is ready and it's not. Medicine was suppose to be here ready at 6pm but apparently they haven't even been able to order it. Will be missing doses of my medicine thanks to them.

  Used to enjoy coming here for my family’s prescriptions but since the new staffing changes service has gone downhill. Some of the techs are great but the new assistant pharmacy manager is rude and often times lazy. There have been multiple times that we have waited all day for prescriptions to be ready and she tells us she can’t fill it. Today my fiancé needed a loan for one of his medications and they first said they would only give him a 3 day supply even when I told them his appointment with the doctor was 5 days away. How does that make sense? After stressing the importance of my fiancé having his medication I was placed on hold and the tech then told me the pharmacist on duty wouldn’t allow any loans because my fiancé was overdue for the medication.. HE WAS OVER DUE BECAUSE HE WAS OUT OF REFILLS. We’ve decided to no longer come to this store or shop here.
