    Fun and lifting heavy is really cool at PF. Most excellent staff people. A little bit of a drive for me but I get all the workouts done here. They pretty much have everything!

    I went and asked if I could get a membership. The guy offered no help other than saying I had to do it online I was there ready to pay cash and start working out

    The people are professional and friendly all the time. The issue is when you go in to use black card services at 6am and nothing is working again. You have wasted your time and money. This is not a one time thing. It has been going on for at least 2 years. I go to this location because it happens to be the closest one. I would have spent the same amount of time to go to Hartland, Fenton, Howell or some place else. To bad management does not address the problem. Not one to call out the negative but this problem needs to be fixed.

    Everything was good at this location until you had a new female manager. This lady thinks she’s a sheriff and wants to talk to people over the phone then blatantly lie as well about an occurrence that happen at your gym. For the other employee already apologized for her actions but then this new lady on the phone wants to say it never happen. Lady the women literally apologized for her actions now your saying they never happen which is it? 😂🤝 been going to this club for years and now i have been asked to leave during my workout because of jeans (gym) safe . Because it doesn’t fit company policy? What happen to judgement free center? What if I can’t make time to stop before/after work to grab gym clothes. The lady needs to be spoken to on how to properly talk/handle her position. Or someone new needs to take lead

    I've just returned to this gym after six years away. It has improved noticeably in that time. The machines are in better condition and in some cases are improved models. There are more of the popular cardio machines now (like stair climbers). The gym, Black Card area, locker room, and restroom are much cleaner. The music volume is much lower, almost inaudible (thank you!). I'm actually seeing staff wipe down machines. That NEVER happened six years ago. And so far, the staff has been friendly and helpful. My only knocks are that parking can get a little tough at times. And not an issue with the gym or staff, but the members: I see many more people that just can't be bothered to wipe down their equipment when they're finished.
