  Got service through the drive through and was told one of them wouldn't fit in the tube. I stated i would park and come in. I was told no we're closing for lunch. He literally ended our transaction to take lunch. Another time I was told my antibiotic was too soon to fill. I had never filled it before. I was being discharged from the hospital after being on IV antibiotics. By the time they filled it I was back in the hospital for IV antibiotics. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Literally the worst pharmacy in Brighton, maybe Livingston co.

  So I had a prescription called in over a month ago and trying to get it, I know it's on back order but it seems like anyone that calls in if they have it instead of people that have been waiting for it. .... I'm frustrated and I think it's a very poor system. Thinking about changing my pharmacy.

  I have been going to them for years but lately they don't have a very qualified staff. They filled a prescription with a medication that I could not take the way it was prescribed because of the way it was made. They should have known that. When I went to talk to them about it, they said it was my responsibility because they just fill prescriptions. They would not return my money. So I decided it is time for a different pharmacy.

  I have been waiting 6 days for my prescription since dec.23rd. When I called on dec.27th the voice bot said no later than 5pm. That time came and went. The website stated on dec.28th it would be available by 4pm. still no prescription. I feel as if I am an annoyance to the workers when I go to the pick up counter to get my prescription!
