  Never go to any of their locations unless you like being bitched out by your psychiatrist. Luiza Luica and Dr. Guy awful never have these two be your provider. I’ve never been talked to like that by a so called “professional” medical provider. I seriously do not know how either of them have a job getting paid to do a 5 minute call over the phone to treat severely mentally ill patients. It’s really scary they are all their just for the easy money and it’s sad they do not truly care for the patients they are treating

  The business office is only too glad to take your cc info without checking the real coverage of your insurance. They overcharged when they should have only charged a co pay, when confronted they said they would provide an immediate refund then did nothing. Had to call back a week later and then request this all over again. You never really know what they do even when they say they did follow up. Requesting receipts is a pipe dream, they are basically non responsive. Any decent provider should have capability to provide receipt for cash spent for services on premise. This outfit is a joke and incredibly incompetent. When I called with the medical FSA provider on the phone they hung up on us.

  We heard a lot of great things about this place so we decided to take our child there. What a bad experience! The lady she saw was rude and made comments that shouldn't have been said. Very unprofessional! Interview the therapist first before your child see's them!
