  They were a great place, not anymore. Called to make an appointment over 2 weeks in advance on a day they should have hygienists in (Thursday) They told me due to lack of appointments, they told them to take the day off. I then asked about what if more people wanted to get an appointment on that day, will they bring in some hygienist? They told me flat out “nope we are not bringing in anyone now” BUT! 2 days earlier they tried to schedule me for an appointment but I needed to request the vacation time since they are not open when I am off work. I’m sad to leave but they’ve been yanking me around lately on scheduling saying they are busy yet they can afford to take a day off. Anyways Shannon is the best! she’s the only one I like to see. But lately brighton dental does not care for their patients!!! VERY Disappointed in them. They can call me personally if they have any questions. Also I’m trying to get rest of my family out of their offices!

  I have been going to Brighton Dental since 1998. Great group of people. Shannon is the best hygienist. Highly recommend them.

  My dental hygienist and Dr. Mueller are amazing! They do great dentistry!!!
