  On a whim, I stopped into this LensCrafters location to find new frames. What an amazing experience! Great selection of frames, great atmosphere, but more than anything, the staff was happy to be there, very helpful, and invested in client satisfaction. It has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of customer service. It starts at the top with store manager Joe. His passion influences his team to be the best. My interactions with everyone there have been top notch. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters. You will not be disappointed.

  We had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters in Bloomfield Hills, and we especially want to thank Patrick for his kindness and professionalism. The entire team here is truly exceptional. We chose this location on a whim, and we’re so glad we did. From the very first visit, we were impressed by the incredibly knowledgeable doctor and the genuinely warm, welcoming staff. Since then, we’ve been back multiple times as several family members ordered glasses and contacts—and every visit has been just as positive. What really stood out is how the staff recognizes us each time we come in, greeting us with friendly smiles and making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is the perfect balance of professional and comfortable, almost like a family environment. We also really appreciated the no-pressure experience. We were able to take our time browsing without feeling rushed or pushed into a decision, which made us feel confident and relaxed when making our purchase. It’s clear this team truly cares about their customers. Thank you all for going above and beyond—you’ve made a lasting impression 🫶

  Excellence! The store was clean and organized, staff was very friendly and efficient. My visit to this store was very pleasant and I was able to place an order for a frame my local store did not have in stock. That said, I absolutely recommend this location in Bloomfield Township. A++

  I came for the reviews, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been to several ophthalmologists over the years. I haven’t had many bad experiences but in general I usually feel pressured and rushed. That was not the case at all here. I arrived and Patrick greeted me. From there a nice young lady did my eye test. Then Dr. Janos saw me. She was kind, truly listened, and explained the health of my eyes in a very easy to understand conversation. After that I went back to see Patrick he already had picked out 2 pairs of glasses for me. I ended up buying one. He was so funny and genuinely kind. He made me feel at ease and didn’t pressure me. He was informative without being pushy. I didn’t catch his name but the other gentlemen working was also very kind! I purposely drove the extra time to come to the location, at this stage in my life I’m constantly looking for peace. That’s exactly what I gained today!
