- CGClaire GNov 25, 20252.0I like this gym but the blonde girl at the desk is extremely unwelcoming and makes me feel like a burden whenever I check in. I totally understand not having a good day or not wanting to chat to everyone that comes in, but I honestly started thinking she had an issue with me specifically the way her demeanor is. Seeing that others have had similar experiences, I really hope management speaks with her because it really puts a damper on things when you smile at someone and they are rude.

Used your gym as a guest today. Craig, working the front desk, never smiled, nodded, said hello, good morning, and appeared “put out” when helping me register. Also interrupting my routine to tell me bags were required in a locker, which is fine…I’m not a rule breaker. However, Craig doesn’t know how to deal with people. He comes off mad, rude, and defensive.

However, I have had two very uncomfortable and unpleasant interactions with a pink haired caucasian woman, we'll call her P. I don't know if she's a racist or if she's just a poor front desk receptionist. Either way, You don't want that to be the first face you meet when you go to the gym. A lot of people struggle to go to the gym. So, when you finally do make it there you don't need this scrunched up unhappy, I don't know their pronouns, person greeting you. I almost gave one star. But that was simply based on the interaction with scrunch face. Every other staff member I've interacted with has been pleasant and welcoming. I'll definitely keep going! One frog will not ruin the show 😝
