  Jeannie, Sandy, and the staff here are incredible human beings. I've been seeing Dr. Dion Edwards and Dr. Shuja Haque for years and cannot recommend this office enough to my family and friends. These guys are the utmost professional people and have the best run office.

  I am very happy and very grateful to be in the care of Oakland Psychological Bloomfield. From day one Sandy and Jeannie have been consistently caring, helpful and kind. They go the extra mile. My therapist La Shone and my psychiatrist Dr. Haque are superb. Many thanks to the entire team for making me feel safe and cared for.

  They called and canceled my daughter's ADHD assessment appointment 20 minutes prior to the appointment time. They were unable to get us back in for testing for another 2 months. I explained I really needed the testing because I am in the middle of a divorce and I need the results to help with school decisions. That this really puts me in a pickle. They were uncaring and annoyed and could not help. If I could give them negative stars I would.

  This place is refusing to send my insurance the billing info despite me and my insurance calling them lots of times. Absolutely atrocious unprofessional behavior. Zero out of ten stars, avoid this place like the plague.

  The stars are for Dr. Olimpia Neagoe❤️❤️❤️ Only!!! I've checked all the other reviews and they're saying the same thing about the billing dept...The billing dept is trully discusting they charge co-pays without making sure the insurance company hasn't paid for the entire visit and won't refund your money wonce the truth comes out... I believe Sandy needs to work the front desk while she was so sure l owed $295.00 that ld already paid... She was very persistent with her claim.... Check your deductible before you Pay Copays They need to be investigated asap... Sally left a voicemail stating l owe nothing!! I saved that voice mail along with the 1st one from last year this time... l became very angry because I knew l owed nothing..This has happened twice and now lm done. I believe someone is pocketing a lot of money...And scamming people But The Truth Always Comes to the Light... More then 4 people are saying the same thing about the billing dept🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
