  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I checked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire staff made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Patrick helped me pick out my frames and was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and helped me find a pair that perfectly matched my style. I really appreciated how helpful he was, and he honestly made the whole frame-picking process fun instead of stressful. I also loved the selection of stylish frame options they had. Between the great exam, the helpful staff, and the overall positive atmosphere, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had getting glasses. I highly recommend this location!

  I love going to the Bloomfield Hills location as all the staff are very attentive and polite. I really appreciate the act of listening and attention to detail that Dr. Janos provide. She is amazing!

  It was my first time here loved everyone here very nice and helpful people !!🤍 Joe was so helpful he already had a few glasses already picked out for me he said that he thinks I would love and I DID !!🙂

  I intentionally drive past the closer store just to get the experience I appreciate at the Bloomfield store! Patrick was amazing with his customer service skills & I found the perfect pair of frames! Would highly recommend.

  It was my first time going to lenscrafter.The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough with the exam very professional.PS They even fixed a pair of broken glasses for me.I highly recommend this location.
