    Everything was 5 stars from the moment I walked in they made me feel like I was very important and everyone was extremely professional. Eye exam was very good and I really liked the eye doctor she was very thorough. Lots of choices for frames all the latest styles and designers. They always have a good sale and the gentleman that helped me with picking some out that look fabulous. Thank you to the team at LensCrafters in W Bloomfield off Telegraph.

    Dr. Kelly Janos and her team at the LensCrafters location in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, are excellent. The staff there is truly remarkable. We were greeted with kindness and smiles from the moment we arrived. Throughout our three appointments and exams, we experienced excellent care, compassion, and comfort. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial pre-exam, to the eye exam with Dr. Janos to selecting and ordering our glasses and contacts. We are particularly grateful to the Dr for identifying a detail that other doctors had previously overlooked and for referring us to a specialist.The entire team was truly wonderful, kind, and professional.

    Every employee was wonderful! The appointment was for my 6 year old daughter who is not a fan of doctors. They were so good with her! They made her feel more comfortable and went at her pace. I couldn't recommend them more for anyone with kids! We will definitely be using them in the future!
