  The store is always clean. I usually visit here for the pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions in stock. Friendly service.

  Such kind friendly service! After being so used to angry pharmacists who won’t give you a second to ask a question, I am so grateful to find a pharmacy where they are caring and take time with you. I know lots of pharmacies are overwhelmed, insurance is a nightmare, but at this Kroger, it’s like…a different experience completely. As I picked up my meds tonight, the pharmacist said “feel better!” And I could have cried. Customer for life.

  Love my neighborhood pharmacy! Everybody who works here gets an A+ in customer service. They’re always so nice, welcoming, and helpful. I know if I ever have an issue they will take care of me!

  I called saying I needed to have my prescription transferred from a King Soopers, explicitly stating that they are owned by Kroger and their computers are connected. After being told I was wrong a couple times, the individual I was speaking to finally checked and confirmed that I was in their system, and that they could refill my prescription. I arrived a couple hours later to pick up my prescription and spoke to the same individual. She again struggled to confirm I was in their system, treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, but finally found my information and prescription. At no point in either of our interactions did she apologize for telling me I was wrong, or admit that she had been incorrect This was exhausting and not worth the trouble. I recommend checking out other locations for prescription refills

  Avoid at all cost, the pharmacist an Iranian woman is the worst. I stopped at the pharmacy today after visiting urgent care, where I was diagnosed with the flu. I was percribed Tamaflu - a time sensitive medication. I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:45PM where I was ignored by both individuals until 7:58PM. I was then rudely told by the pharmacist that she was closing in a minute and refused to fill my rx. Being from out of town without a car, I then had to walk 10 minutes to Walgreen’s. This was shocking behavior for someone who is supposed to assist the ill. I spoke to the store manager as well, who didn’t take any action or apologize.
