The store is always clean. I usually visit here for the pharmacy. They always have my prescriptions in stock. Friendly service.

Such kind friendly service! After being so used to angry pharmacists who won’t give you a second to ask a question, I am so grateful to find a pharmacy where they are caring and take time with you. I know lots of pharmacies are overwhelmed, insurance is a nightmare, but at this Kroger, it’s like…a different experience completely. As I picked up my meds tonight, the pharmacist said “feel better!” And I could have cried. Customer for life.

Called in a script. Went for pickup, was told “we don’t have the entire script” Wow! Disappointment and a change in the day , late for next appointment. Why didn’t they call ?
Or, why didn’t they fill the partial amount ? Poor training, no efficiency. Make sure to ask specific detailed questions. Maybe use another pharmacy.
