  It breaks my heart that a formerly excellent clinic has fallen so far below acceptable. The quality therapists they once had are leaving in droves due to mismanagement of this practice. The new company that took this practice over recently has created a toxic environment for its workers, fails basic upkeep and cleanliness in its offices, and cannot keep its servers online consistently. This place is a wreck, not somewhere you go for low-stress treatment. Do not recommend.

  Doctors are educated to assess medical conditionals and prescribe therapies to help individuals. The doctors at Heron Ridge are very good at what they do, but there is one person who bridges the gap between the patient, their family, the insurance company and the pharmacies, someone who understand how the systems work, and who provides guidance with compassion and understanding in a way that is a form of medicine in and of itself. Iggie is that special person. She truly does go the extra mile to help the patient. She understands the frustrations, challenges, and despair of those who are feeling lost. I can't say enough about how well she has helped us through frustrations. She is remarkable, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to getting resolutions. Iggie brings hope when things seem overwhelming. She truly is, in a word, outstanding.
