I should've been notified when I got a new membership about the amount and I could have resolved it last year. And I've not been going for almost a year and still pay for the membership. That's $300 that gym got out of me without me going there. Hopefully we can reach an agreement when I speak to management.

The staff here really make the difference. Jordan is an amazing manager — she’s kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make members feel comfortable and valued. My friend Seth is also fantastic; he’s super personable with guests and provides excellent customer service every time. Between the friendly team and the great facility, this location is truly top-notch!
