  I’ve had incredible service at the Bay City location! Greg the hearing specialist is amazing, he is so understanding of people with hearing issues. He’s always so kind and willing to help me with my hearing aids and different options to improve my quality of hearing which has been life changing. The kind lady Destiny at the desk is always so helpful with appointments and overall wonderful person!!

  My mother has been a patient with Miracle Ear and she would not even consider going any where else...she is 90 years old and does have health issues and we have been forced to cancel her appointments several times, Destiny was always so kind, sincere she never sounded it was a a big inconvenience...Greg is so professional listened to what mom had to say, showed both us how to adjust the hearing aid...In our world today where everything is so negative, it is pleasure to speak so highly of the professional team at Bay City's Miracle Ear...Please consider this team for all of your hearing needs.

  Took my mother in law for screening. Fantastic staff. They treat you like family. Very impressed. I would highly recommend this place for your hearing loss needs. Plus the products are state of the art.
