- CLCuong LaJan 29, 20261.0Dr V is an outstanding physician. Unfortunately, his staff are very unprofessional. As a physician myself, I tend to hold any clinic's medical staff to a very high standard. On one occasion, the MA there was not only extremely rude but was rough with our daughter on the scale, literally yanking her to position. This is dangerous patient care. I did let the provider seeing us know what happened, did not recieve any update. Recently I notified the clinic about insurance change. Without notice our online portal account for our daughter was deactivated. No communication, no follow up. Dr V is a wonderful doctor, thank you for taking care of our daughter but we will not be returning due to the staff.
- DLDawn LambJan 28, 20265.0We’ve been with this group since my oldest was born 25 years ago. My youngest is 16 and we still get the best care. I appreciate their same day policy for bringing in sick kids as we had to utilize this again today and many times through the years. The Saturday openings for sick calls were always helpful too. We’ve never had a bad experience and they did a lot for my middle child who has had a lot of issues since birth and needed lots of referrals. Very thankful for this practice.

After coming here for 2 1/2 years with my first child, with my 2nd we wanted to follow the new CDC vaccine schedule and Dr.vangeldren blatantly came in mad at us for even questioning the hepatitis vaccine. He talked down to us and was very aggressive and angry while we tried to have a discussion regarding our choice. He offered no insight and no explanations he dropped us as patients and treated us like we were stupid for advocating for our child. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else if you even question 1 single vaccine don’t be surprised to be treated poorly and dropped as a patient.
