My only and MAJOR complaint was that when I went into the store 11 days earlier to check frames and prices b4 making an appointment that the clerk did NOT know her stuff! I was quoted a price for exam and 2 complete sets of glasses. Yesterday, as I sat down to order the exact glasses I'd gotten a quote for...it was OVER $200 more!!! I was blindsided! Id already had and paid 4 my exam, so what was I to do??? I went there specifically 4 the frames I got. Definitely a learning experience. A VERY, VERY expensive experience! If you find yourself getting a quote here, make sure special lenses arent necessary 4 the frames, some frames are only single vision at the marked price, and the 2 for special prices...you CAN NOT just pay the difference in frame price. Although that was what I was quoted. The clerk did not know the correct info. Disappointing and expensive. My $239 out the door quote ended up almost $450 before I was given a first time customer coupon. Thank you 4 that.
