  Well I have been going to this practice for a number of years and it started out good in the early years I had 2 operations performed by them but that has changed. The last two years they seem to be to busy for my health care or concerns. I wouldn't recommend them.

  If I could give negative stars, I would've. Prior to 11/25, I received decent care. Since 11/25, I have had the worst medical care in my life. There is nothing more disheartening to someone with a severe medical issue like calling multiple times for help with 0 help rendered or even a call back. The medical treatment currently provided is substandard and not patient driven. I wouldn't recommend Bronson Urology for ANYONE. Look elsewhere for treatment.

  One of the most horrific facilities I have ever been too. They fail to communicate with you anything that’s going on in the process, they do not return phone calls, they have a retired doctor “helping out” the retired part is vital because you can tell this man is retired. Because he does not care. He laughs at the diagnosis offers no help or relief and does not understand why anyone would be upset. Dismissive and rude. On top of being incredibly condescending. He was 40 min late for the appointment. When the concerns were brought up to the facility I was advised the office manager would contact me. They didn’t. I had to call and get reset up with an appointment that might offer something more than laughter. All that appointment offered was the absolute sudden concern they had with me driving the distance. Been going to them since July and now we are concerned with the distance I am driving? I’m sorry are you paying my gas?
