  I went to the emergency room in Battle Creek at Bronson Sunday. I still cannot deal with the pain so I went to the Bronson urgent care on Columbia. The staff was very rude and just did not seem to have any patience. The lady at the desk that registered me in told me that I might not even want to stay to get seen because if I was just saying at Bronson emergency department most likely urgent care wouldn’t be able to do anything and that I probably should wait to see my doctor, which I couldn’t get into my doctor until Thursday, but again the pain was very severe in my arm. I decided to stay because I had ignore the choice. Once I got to the back they did absolutely nothing but take my vitals. The lady that took my vitals told me that the doctor wasn’t going to come in and to let me know that I might wanna wait to see my doctor because there was nothing that they could do which is very ridiculous. I have never been to any hospital or urgent care where the doctor wouldn’t even come in to speak to you and didn’t even know me from a can of paint. Just a FYI, if you are in serious pain, your best bet will be trying to go to Marshall or somewhere else out of town this community and a lot of of these places here in Battle Creek have terrible customer service.

  if i could give -1 star i would. and please understand any other time i would have but there is a nurse there who is just absolutely condescending and frankly has the worst bedside manner-i went in today for a simple thing to be seen for, not even that to be LOOKED at, and i not only was told to go to the ED, which fine-but this nurse decided to come out into the lobby to announce that because i “received dilaudid and had a work up in the ED already i should go back there”-like how was what medicine they gave me relevant TO THE WHOLE DAMN LOBBY. And then has the audacity to be like “are you feeling okay to drive? any numbness or tingling?” Do god damned better-nothing like feeling shamed into going to the hospital; and someday i hope that another medical professional (if you could call her that) announces to a room full of strangers treatment she’s received in a way that makes her feel like absolute garbage for asking for help in the first place. Nobody asked for a narcotic Sharon. They asked to feel better.

  They had me back in a room within 5 minutes of check in. All the staff are kind and helpful. This is my first visit for myself but have been here with family and every visit has been a good experience. I would 100% recommend them. Best urgent care in BC.

  Brought my child (6) in for a possible ear infection. Facility was great, wait time was low, staff were all kind and helpful. They listened to our concerns and gave great explanations. I was beyond happy with our visit. Thank you Bronson QuickCare Plus! If we get in a bind again we’ll be back!
