My son has a history of ear infections and is otherwise an excellent sleeper. He was up all night pulling at his ears and complaining about them hurting, so we knew it was an ear infection. I called on Christmas Eve and Dr. Profit called in a script for him so that we could get medication in him ASAP without having to waste our time with family waiting at the walk-in clinic. Thank you SO much!

My experience in this ENT clinic was extremely disappointing. Basically, I paid for a ENT specialist visit without seeing a doctor. More angrily, wrong MEDICAL information was given to me as answers. The medical assistant spent the whole visit with me for all exams , diagnosis and treatments. When I asked about my severity of my nose deviation and anatomy, the Medical assistant could not answer my questions. I asked about the classification or grades of my septal spur and turbinate after his exam, so at least i could know how bad my situation is. He told me there was no classifications to show the severity or level. However, there was classification such as C-shaped, S-shaped, reverse C-shaped, and reverse S-shaped descriptions of the septal deviation in both the cephalocaudal and anteroposterior dimensions; and there is grade 1-3 for nose turbinate. These are the most basic ENT knowledge, which as a doctor in other medial field myself knew it while he didn't. Not even to mention the sad moment when I asked him to explain a nose CT scan on google image to me and he could not explain what was what. Moreover, about his wrong answers to the difference of The medical assistant was kind and down to earth. Very great personality. Unfortunately, I need medical support in my ENT situation instead of a warm caring talk. The entire visit was a waste of my time. I didn't get any medical help in improving my situation.

Doctor White was extremely helpful, & figured out with the help of a scope exactly what my problem was with my sinuses.

The Castro is a good down to earth doctor. He explained everything so simple even a child can understand him. He sends you out with every questions answered.
