I am very thankful that every time that I go to this hospital even with many many people in the lobby area there’s something that they always get me in there first than everybody else. And that I will always be grateful for my children really do need me!❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I came in because i had caught a virus. Its a nurse in here who purposefully bursted my vien while getting my blood, after i told her i have small viens. I had to go to a different hospital (in a different town because this one stabbed me up by multiple careless nurses and sent me home with no explanation/help just a bill. This hospital is inhumane and very racially motivated its scary to see.

I went in for severe abdominal pain and was seen right away. I felt cared for, and ended up being admitted and having my gall bladder out the following morning. ER nurse was amazing! Having spent any hospital stays or ER visits at Bronson Kalamazoo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very happy with the staff, nurses, and majority of doctors I saw at Bronson Battle Creek.

Poor care
Equipment failure
Unsanitary conditions
HIPPA violations
Please avoid this Hospital for emergant needs if you can. My 14 month old Daughter fell and hit her head on a 2 by 4. Called the pediatrician and they told us to go to the Bronson Battle Creek ER not the urgent care like we wanted to do. Arrived and they asked personnel information where everyone in the waiting room could hear with no privacy. They took my Daughter and my wife to the triage room where they had multiple machine issues with the blood pressure cuff x2 and thermometer x2. Where they continually had to check my Daughter's rectal temperature and the machine was not working and they wanted to check it a third time and my wife told her we will not be attempting that again as my Daughter is screaming. The triage nurse said the staff in the back will get the Temp. We get a room in the back nurse shows up within 15 seconds with no assessment made by the nurse. Nurse brought a toy back but the toy had a sticker on it from the previous child that played with it. This toy was not cleaned in-between patients. Good way to spread communicable diseases. We did not let are daughter play with it until I sanitized the toy. Doctor shows up he did a quick assessment. I had asked about imaging he said imaging is not needed per some Association. He told us normally we would keep you in the ER for 4 hours for observation and with in 10 minutes we were discharged. They said if anything changes just come back in we live 40 minutes from the hospital. This is not a quick trip to the Hospital. We have now received a bill from the ER for 300 dollars for less than 15 minutes of care and poor care at that. I'm glad my daughter is ok but I will not take her back to that ER.

Great ER! We’ve been there twice now, once when my wife who was 14 weeks pregnant at the time was having some abdominal pain and they checked the babies heartbeat which gave us peace of mind and they caught an infection when our normal doctor didn’t. Second time our 2 year old had been throwing up all day, so we brought him, not only did the figure out he had food poisoning but they treated it, he didn’t puke anymore after that. They were so good to him, they brought him toys, and checked on us regularly and monitored him very well until we went home. They even had a specialist who made sure children feel comfortable and aren’t scared. We’ve never had to wait more then 10-15 minutes in the waiting room.
