We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- RBRori BielakApr 3, 20261.0They did not explain to me the reason my glasses cost so much. So, my glasses are costing me $600! The store clerk could have taken the time to fully explain to me the out-of-pocket expense and I would have gone to Cosco where I could have gotten my glasses for $185!!! I’m a senior citizen who just accepted the massive cost because I was in shock. Because my Humana Medicare Advantage accepts Pearle Vision, I thought the $600 was normal. Shame on them on not pointing this out. I will never go to Pearle Vision again.
