  Employees don't seem to know anything regarding the Pro Access Membership... Every question is left unanswered... Just not knowledgeable... Idk if it's a training thing or if corporate is just dropping the ball

  Walked in today to make a quick purchase, when I walked in I wasn’t greeted but I saw some boxes so maybe they were just in the back, I walked the whole store looking for my item, its been maybe 2 minutes now and you can hear me moving through the store I have loud keys, Im ready to check out and still nothing. I left my item on the counter and left. Lack of good quality customer service is astounding these days :/

  Apparently everyone else’s feedback isn’t valuable to address future issues like GNC says because they were 100% not open. I unfortunately did not see reviews before I ordered for pick up. I regret my decision immensely.

  This store is never open. It doesn't matter what the sign on the door says or what googles confirmed hours says. If you show up the door will be locked so dont waste your time.

  Every afternoon for the last 3 days I try and come in and staff is at lunch. Im done wasting my time. There is limited time in the day for me to go to a physical store front, so I'll be taking my business online...
