Speaking as a woman and a POC I would highly recommend people to come here for the excellently great professional customer service! I have been to many places that are very unfriendly and give bare-minimum passive-aggressive service but this place is not one of them. They notice when you come up to the door and ask how they can help you in the most friendly tone. They make you feel welcomed and they dont rush you or pressure you. The eye exam went very smoothly and I bought glasses afterwards. I had two types of glasses that I saw at a different store that I wanted to try on (the two glasses weren’t out in the store display) and they went to try to find them in the back for me (successfully found both of them)(Ive been to many stores that act like its an inconvenience for me to ask a yes or no question. The people at this store went above and beyond comparatively to my regular store experiences). Also, while I was there, they noticed someone coming up to the door in a wheelchair and stopped what they were doing to instantly help hold the door open and start providing their service. This place is 10/10!
