    I cannot say enough amazing things about Pure Barre Ann Arbor and especially Sophia Werner! I actually drove an hour just to take her class, and it was 100% worth it. Sophia’s energy, encouragement, and attention to form made the workout both challenging and fun. She creates such a positive, motivating environment that makes you want to push yourself and keep coming back. If you’ve never taken a class with her, you’re missing out! She’s truly outstanding!

    This place is my first introduction to Pure Barre, and I am addicted! The workouts are not intensely aerobic, and the exercise is very low-impact, which I love. We do a lot of work on toning and flexibility, which is exactly what I am looking for. My posture and balance has already improved after 1 month! I just wish they had specials and discounts more often, because I'm not sure how long I can afford to attend these classes at full price
