Absolutely ridiculous. I came to work out and they flat out refused to let me in. What’s the point of paying for a membership if the staff won’t even allow you through the door? Total waste of time and money. I won’t be coming back.

Zach is always so pleasant and courteous. I notice him always staying busy and making sure the equipment is clean and ready for use. Not sure if he is a manager but he sure sets a great work ethic example and it’s appreciated.

The new staff at this location seem unprofessional and unapproachable. They spend more time on their phones than acknowledging customers, and they don’t even make eye contact. A simple greeting or smile would go a long way, but instead, they come across as snobbish and disinterested. Very disappointing customer service.
