Really appreciated the professional and technical expertise of Emily (@Briarwood Mall) who very politely helped readjust 2 pairs of glasses that were ill fitting due to misalignment. Emily was deft at identifying the problem, taking the glasses apart, making the needed adjustments and even cleaned them, all within a few quick minutes! We were all so impressed with Emily's efficiency and skill, and extremely happy and comfortable again with properly fitting glasses.

The Dr's and staff here are wonderful! I am thankful to have such caring individuals help me and my family. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and my husband, and for making my daughter's first time getting glasses so special.

We had an amazing experience at Lens Crafters Ann Arbor inside Briarwood Mall. Whitney assisted me in buying a new pair of sunglasses and confidently answered all of the questions I had and reassured me on any reservations I had about purchasing. Whitney went above and beyond and I would 100% shop here again and recommend them to anybody in search of new eyeglasses or sunglasses.

This location is by far the best choice for people looking for excellent eye care and sight improvement. The unsurpassable evaluation process I experience here is the best I have ever encountered during life, and I am a senior citizen. I have been coming here for 4 years and drive one hour one way for my appointments. I highly recommend Lens Crafters and look forward to future visits here for continued maintenance of my eyesight through proper modification resulting from their highly skilled staff.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
