  Soheyla and her team were absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process of caring for our father in the last weeks of his life. We were expecting a longer time, but our father's health took an unexpected turn for the worse and the team from Home Instead was there 24 hours a day to provide the care he needed. We are so grateful for everything they did!

  We used the services of Home Instead Ann Arbor for over two years in order to care for my father, who was suffering from dementia. I cannot speak highly enough for Home Instead, in particular for Mr. Bayo Adebanjo who was my Dad’s caregiver. Bayo is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He became a member of our family, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance in the final stages of my father’s life. I highly recommend him.

  We are just completing our first month of home healthcare with Home Instead. We couldn't be happier with the team of three aides are working with us. They are all warm, caring, competent and considerate people who take good care of my spouse who has some chronic illnesses along with needing to recover from recent surgery and rehab. They also help us with our daily living such as cooking, light cleaning, laundry, etc. We look forward to when they are with us because they are so positive and supportive. The agency is very responsive to our needs and has helped us with insurance papers, making our home safer, etc. With the support of Home Instead, I am able to be a better caregiver for my spouse. From our experience, we highly recommend them.

  Home Instead has provided excellent and thoughtful care for our mother since March, 2021. I have met many of the caregivers on staff, and all have been kind, patient, attentive, and caring. While I have not met every caregiver, I have met and been especially impressed with Israa, Vernice, Donna, and Shadi. Now that our mother is approaching 98 and in hospice, my brother and I are especially grateful to have had the good fortune of finding and working with Home Instead. Their general manager Soheyla Marzban is both compassionate and well-organized. We can't thank Home Instead enough for all that they have done for our mother.
