  Personally checked in with a few of the people that left some earlier reviews. Looks like no one from management reached out to them to compensate or even follow up. Seems that a management is all about damage control rather than actually helping the customers.

  Was told that if I signed up for an account then I would have a $5 reward. So I did. Came back today and the lady at the cash register had no idea what I was talking about, she wasn’t able to find the reward. Didn’t bother doing anything about it either, was just standing there awkwardly with no solution in hand. I would gladly come back to shop here but deceiving customers and poor customer service is no way to treat people if you want them to buy your products.

  Went up here for a cleanser, having already been clean from marijuana for a month. 2 days later, instead of testing negative; I still tested positive. Not sure what that's about but something needs to be said about False Advertising. Save yourself the money and don't get the herbal cleanser. Edit; I was under the impression of false advertising but it is not the fault of the store, itself or the owner. Simply a mistake made by one of the employees. Granted, it was a mistake that could've cost me my living situation but the owner did make it right and give me a refund on the bottle I had already spent money on. I also ended up buying a different one, so fingers crossed that it works but as the store owner told me "The best thing to do is to just stop smoking". Not that I hadn't already thought of that. Evidently, I wasn't looking to get kicked out of my house or have this stuff in my system forever. It was like one of those moments where your 20 beers deep in a bar because another girl broke your heart. Childish, yes. Understandable, I hope so. Otherwise, don't expect me not to call you on it 😂. Respect is earned, not given. While I don't respect the lying aspect of this or the time it took me to get the money back; I did still get the money back and I respect this place about as much as they respect me. 3/5 stars. Not perfect. Not terrible. In the words of the my hero, from Trailer Park Boys; "Decent".
