They kept seeing walk ins between my spot so I’d have to wait a half hour each time a dr saw me or I had a question about glasses options. She left me waiting an hr while she tried to figure out how to do a prism The dr had no idea how to do a prism tried telling me I didn’t have one and also almost wrote a script where I had double vision w/o the prism she had to call my old dr to get my old script and just wrote the same one again. Terrible. I will never shop here again. The dr obviously does not know how to handle prisms or working on one patient at a time. The prices were also jacked up more than anywhere else just to appear it was 50% off yet with the discount it was the same prices as everyone else. Total scam total waste of time with a dr who is clueless to anything other than basic scripts
