Everyone was very kind and considerate. Explained things in detail, prices, what you get etc. Best ways to use insurance. Whitney and Casey were fantastic. Only thing I wished is that it would be better cost effective for getting an old glass frames reused. The company could tout it was more of a "GREEN COMPANY". Dr. Neda explained things very clearly.
