  This has been my first time trying Pilates classes, and this studio has been very welcoming and accessible. I look forward to classes and appreciate how differentiated they are, especially for someone who is very new!

  I love the various options for type of class so that you have access to the reformer, the tower, and TRX as choices. The membership options are good too because you can decide how often you will come each month. The instructors are friendly and helpful when you need to modify.

  There are plenty of classes to choose from. Instructors are consistently knowledgable. Classes start and end on time.

  As much as I enjoyed all the sessions, they make it really hard to cancel membership. I am looking to take a break from Pilates, so when I left them voice msgs and emails and spoke to reception over phone, I get another call asking me to follow up with management and make sure my membership is cancelled. Saying they have a lot of members and its could be hard for them to keep track. I thought it was annoying to have to follow up even after giving notices 30 days in advance. I understand that we are all just doing our jobs but is the technicality of 30 days notice worth upsetting relationship with clients and neighbors? I wish they just let us handle that from the App they insist on using. But they keep your cards locked in in those apps that we cannot even cancel online. we have to jump through the hoops of contacting in the studio to make sure they receive your notice of cancellation in advance so that there are no charges after 30 days? wish you best!
