  Last visit couldn't accommodate a year or so ago. Then the last couple weeks trying again. Guess what can't accommodate. Allegan mich center please try harder . Poor center rate is poor

  This center is the cat’s meow! This group of highly trained humans are doing things right! They are knowledgeable, helpful, they cater to the patients and go above and beyond. This center has the best techs and nurses around. They are so amazing! This job is not an easy one, and some patients don’t make it easy! I am one of them. However this team is top notch!!

  My first impressions of the place was the staff are very professional. They care about your comfort. But sometimes the dialisys machine I'm on seems to frequently give the staff trouble. I don't know what's wrong with it. But overall they seem to be very busy and watch over the patients. I feel well taken care of. Having said that, I am having a problem with one of the nurses there. She insists on giving me a hard time on occasion. For example : i am told to show up on a certain day and time and when I do she insists I'm wrong. Even though I know I heard right.. I know what I was told. I think she's very rude .But it's only one person there who acts like this. The rest have been very nice. It's a clean facility. The receptionist is nice too. Too bad one person there is spoiling the time you have to spend there by giving patients a hard time.

  Everyone is so kind to every patient. Keep you comfortable. Very knowledgeable answers all you questions. Very helpful with a variety of issues.
