- LJLizzie JacobsJan 20, 20261.0Called and asked for my prescription to be refilled. The lady asked for my name and information, all was well until she asked me what the medication was. When I told her she paused, her voice changed tone and oddly said you need to ask your doctor for that. I responded oh weird they messaged me that it was approved for refill and I just needed to call my pharmacy. She gave me an akward okay and said goodbye. This was on a Sunday so I couldn’t call my PCP office to verify. I went about my normal day and headed to hannaford to get my groceries. A couple hours later (after returning from hannaford) I got a call saying my prescription was ready for pickup. I assume the lady didn’t know the difference between the generic and brand name and must have thought I was a drug seeker but figured out later that med was approved for refill. Beyond frustrating and extremely unprofessional that I couldn’t have gotten a return call that it was validated.

Three times I showed up more than five hours later and it wasn’t ready and then they decided to tell me they didn’t even have the medication’s. Today’s excuse when I showed up was it’ll be another 20 minutes they were 150 prescriptions behind, then why did they tell me at 1 o’clock it would be ready at 2:30 and here it was 7:30. Pharmacist are extremely rude on more the One occasion. I will say the Techs Have always been extremely friendly and polite. I hope that they would get better and remained going there cause it was a convenient location, but when I go there three or four times and can never get my prescription it is longer convenient. Time to change locations. Sad thing it that they just don care.
