The pharmacists are wonderful however a few of their techs aren't as knowledgeable as they should be; one was easily confused about a very simple question & refused to understand my concerns. A refresher in customer service & courtesy is in order. This is the first negative experience ever in over a decade of patronizing Hannaford pharmacies.
