    No barbells! No squat racks! No bench press! Kettlebells max out at 30lbs! The person at the front desk didn't know what a kettlebell was when I asked where they were! Poor gym etiquette with people hanging out on their phones while hogging the equipment!

    Charged me even to cancel my membership and not one person was helpful in getting me around that after explaining my financial situation.

    The staff was nice they showed me around and answered my questions but I also revived some strange looks when I tried to talk about machines and weights instead of just the cardio based machines. After starting my membership I went a few times where high school aged guys spent time out loud verbally judging and criticizing other people and there forms. When I went to cancel my membership it was a quick and easy process from my phone at home with everything easy to find but the staff was also happy to answer any questions I had over the phone about how to cancel my membership.
